Amazon provided great discount on this product, more than that provided by other sources available. The machine got installed on the same day it was delivered. Awesome service by Eureka Forbes. The installation guy was indeed an expert. He took time to explain everything carefully and slowly. The purifier has a great design and is easy to use. The flavor of water is also good and water fills upto 7 litres in just 7 minutes.

Good product. Awesome installation support within 90min of delivery. Using it for few months. No issues till now. Lot of water goes as waste during filteration. That’s the sadest part, but u can collect it in a bucket and use it for other purpose at home. I like the auto fill functionality the most and it tastes really good.

The product was delivered on 2 days back and since then I am chasing the Eureka Forbes customer care for the installation. Every time I call them they tell me it will be done within 2 working days but failed to do so. It’s horrible. If the fresh installation is taking them so much time then God knows about their service SLA.
Using this product for the last 2.5 years now. These guys will respond only when it comes to renew the AMC. I had worst experience ever among all other home appliances brands in terms of service. They don’t turn up till the time you are completely pissed off and escalate in social media. I’ll never recommend anyone to buy anything produced under this brand name.

After looking into several options and different brands we chose this water purifier. The delivery happened on time, thanks to Amazon prime. The installation was very smooth, the guy from Erueka Forbes was knowledgeable and he did prior installation and also explained us everything u need to know about the use and maintenance of the water purifier and when to change the filters (which is very important).
After using it for couple of weeks, I feel this was a good purchase at this price. Water quality is great and tastes great too. My brother has the higher version of this water purifier but there is no difference in taste and quality of water I felt. Go for higher version of u want bigger tank and digital display. (Which comes for 35k). For my use and space I had, this was the best fit.

I brought this product 3 months before, still now it’s running very good, water is very much purified and crystal clear… but only things is, though the capacity is 7 liter but it’s fill up to 6.2 liter approx otherwise I will give 5 star.
And service was good and timely installed, thank you Amazon, Aquaguard and the seller for providing good services.

Device is leaking from day 1…quality wise I thought Purit is better than this device. I used Purit for last 6 years and never faced issue with leakage ever.

Honest review after 1 years usage.
The annual refill cost around Rs. 4500
The technician asked me to buy annual maintenance contract for Rs 4500 but I refused saying why do I need it?
Because every year the filter refill is sufficient.
However just 2 days back the filter stopped working, hence I called the technician and he said the circuit is not working and needs a replacement, which will cost Rs 2000.
So the total cost in one year is Rs. 6500 and if the circuit life is only year then Rs 2000 is fixed maintenance is assured.
Hence do not buy it. In Rs 6500 I am buying a new water filter of another brand and in the Same cost I can buy a new one every year rather than spending it on the maintenance of Aquaguard.
Really a waste of hard earned money.
