Absolutely painful Experience with the installation and post service experience with the product. They are not responsive and have a horrible customer care, Which doesn’t work on Saturday and does not pick calls after a good 7 mins on a paid number. (They don’t have a toll free number). Do not buy this product. A leaking tank, a broken pump all within 30 days of buying, not sure if they sold an old product to me.

Neither buy this product nor other from this company. No service at all from eureka for months. U need to change the filter every 10mnths as per company which they don’t communicate when selling, and whereas for real the filter doesn’t even work for 4months straight even in a family of 4people’s consumption of water. Do your research as per needs before buying. Filters costs minimum 3k – an expense to be incurred every 10months.

Very good service from amazon an even fitted an suffecient input tube on his cost at the time of installation even left the input water tube at home .

Extremely poor service by Eureka Forbes. RO was delivered on 16 mar 21 but for last more than ten days nobody has come to install it inspite of repeatedly complaining to Eureka Forbes. never ever will purchase their product in future as nobody in company cares for consumers. Pathetic after sales service

Eureka forbes company has cheated me with this product. The worst water purifier . Water flow becomes off every week, water drips from the machine from new condition only…never buy this product. Waste of money. I bought directly from the company.
