The alkaline purifier being new product from Aquaguard, there was no sufficient technical detail about the product (like output ph level, tds value, etc.) on Amazon. There is no user customization option available to the user for setting the output level. As per verbal info given by the installation engineer, it enhances the existing ph level by 2. Eg. if current water ph is 5, this will give you 7 ph. FYI, water is called alkaline if it is ph 8 and above. Lastly, the maintenance cost seems to be very high, around 5k per 6000 liters.
Product’s quality of materials used, looks & design are top notch, no comparison. Also water filtration and taste is very good.
We bought the product trusting the brand’s history & experience, and also the fact that we wanted an alkaline purifier due to its alleged health benefits, but we are not feeling much happy now. Sorry to have set very high expectations.

The delivery was before time the installation was top notch although he charged 1100 approx extra for the filter even though the TDS here is below 150
But I’m not very satisfied with the product
*UPDATE after 3-4 months usage
Complete waste of money the taste is just like regular tap water and since the RO is connected to the Roof watertank we don’t get that fresh Supply water as earlier while using the aquaguard
Also the TDS is high even after calling many times they don’t listen to you Local Brand ROs taste better than this

It was installed today and after trying to use it the Red light for service has started to blink
The installation guy said it is because of the slow supply which is not the case as we have used other products like these with the same supply earlier and they worked just fine
We have to shut down the RO and then start it once again every few minutes for this
I don’t understand what is the cause yet
I’ll use it for a day and see if it improves or else I’m asking for a replacement

Update – I had to Replace the Item as the problem was persistent
The Product was faulty that is one thing now the New replacement product came and the new Delivery guy said that you yourself have to disassemble the previous faulty one and then only I can deliver the new product
We then contacted the EUREKA Forbes person who installed it he didn’t answer the phones after trying for a Long time we paid our previous Service provider to disassemble it
Now the Delivery was already Tried 2 times and as the Faulty unit couldn’t be Returned due to their Fault the package was God knows where
We tried Complaining contacting Amazon executive but nobody helped such a Pathetic Experience 😑

Water quality is excellent. Product was installed within 3 hours of delivery. It would be great if I could couple one set of filters with the purchase.

No installation was done after 4 days of delivery, even after Eureka Forbes customer care contacted.. Same answer – will be done as soon as possible.. Then I contacted Amazon by call me back service and got a call within 2 minutes. They listened, understood and assured me after duly noted my grievance. Next day to my utmost surprise, I got a call from Eureka Forbes assuring me installation within 24 hours. I got it done.. Thanks to Amazon.. Product is working good as displayed on this app. Go for it from Amazon only..

02-Nov-21: I selected this product only for PH value increase assured. I got the RO plant delivered today. Service personnel came promptly for installation. I was happy as both were quick. During installation, he pointed out that central black part is missing. We searched the package and still found it missing. Tried to return the product but it only allows me to talk to technician. Technician says he needs 2 days to investigate the issue and it seems I must only call them back. I could not proceed to record my issue or request a return. So it appears in delivered state even now. Return policy says action would be taken if we misuse this return policy. I only have 10 days for return. God knows if issue will be resolved or faulty product will be pushed back to me.

Very Good Device providing pure water i have measured tds 30 & ph 8.99 satisfied with Device only issue with delayed installation otherwise very Good purchase Gus go ahead as in this price range you won’t get such multiple benefits like stainless steel storage, e boiling & alkaline water etc
