very poor quality, very light and cannot be used for hard works, even the suction is too low not cleaning properly. We received and was unhappy about the performance so second day we tried to enquire about exchanging this product with another product Amazon team told that there is no provision of exchange or return only if there is any or fault then they will do the exchange with a same product.
This is a real bad scenario as we are buying things from Amazon in the guarantee that we can return or exchange with another product if not satisfied.
So we end up in paying 13K for a product which we are not satisfied at all and cannot return so stuck with this.

-Has different accessories to use which other brands in this price range won’t provide
– 3 stars as the one I got was having defect of battery not holding charge had to return for replacement
– better to use normal cord cleaner as we take it out once in a week
Kent is also good but buy from reputed seller else u will get used product

The roller in vacuum cleaner stopped working suddenly after 2 months of light use. Called company’s customer care number to register the compliant and also sent an email. Still no reply from them even after one week.
If we inquire about their product then their sales team and different vendors call us within 2 hours, but for after sales service even after one week there is no reply.
Pathetic service. Due to such experience cannot recommend to buy products of Eureka Forbes. Beware. They spend millions on advertisement but very less attention on customer service.

The Vaccum Cleaner doesn’t stands to expectations at all. The suction power is not at all satisfactory in lower mode. Incase of high suction mode as well the power slightly increases though again not upto the mark.
Post usage on high mode, the battery stands for hardly five minutes. Imagine what is possible to clean in a house within 5 mins.
The charging time is also higher, more than 4.5 hrs .
Overall the product ideally should not be placed in market with such practical deficiency. Not at all value for money.
Post 5 months of usage the product has some technical problem. The Eureka Forbes service team is unable to fix it for last 5 months. They don’t have required spares available. I have been taken for ride by service support. The delay has caused the lapse of warranty period as well.
I suggest no one should buy Eureka products at all

This vacuum cleaner is a 4th one in my family and we have been using Eurekha Forbes from the time it got introduced in the market (late 1990s). so I feel I am much eligible to write a review about a vacuum cleaner since cleaning is a regular routine to me from childhood. My Review about this product is as follows with a disclaimer that I will usually use few upholstery of the product.
a) Handy , easy of use , less noise , light weight
b) No wires so less messy and easy to reach anywhere of the ceiling and corners
c) Doesn’t occupy a much space than a normal vacuum cleaners do , so it is pretty to settle on corners with a style
d) easy and safe charging of Batteries
e) Safe while it is around with kids
f) easy to clean the dust tank and cup (washable too)
g) no need to buy additional vacuum cleaner for car since this one is sufficient for both car and home
h) clear indicators for charging on Batteries
Yet to explore on my own :

A tech person (Mr. Salman) was able to assist me remotely while I had few queries before using it.
The customer care assured that the spares of this product is available on their authorized support centers.

Easy to assemble and handle. Have been using for over 2 weeks, satisfied for regular cleaning, like sweeping, removing cobwebs, dusting curtains and sofa, including tight corners, and also mattresses. May be not as high suction power as corded models, but it does its job. Easy to clean too. Happy with the purchase.
