Good Product. The product was delivered in time. I used it to clean my sofa and the product worked fine. Only drawback is that it does not has any blower so it will be difficult to clean areas which require blowing out the dust first. For basic needs this is a great device

First time used overall product is OK not very good :\nPros : \nGood suction power\nCleaning is good\nAll brush are good\nCons :\nMotor get heated within 2 minutes \nNo auto power cut Incase motor get heated\nWire is very less you have to connect with a extension if you wish to clean the entire room\nPlastic nozzle are not of very good quality Incase if you are not using it very slowly and patiently you will get scratches..\n\nBetter i will suggest to go for higher model if you are looking for good vacuum cleaner

I bought it for ₹2800/- only. It is made up of low quality materials. I tried it with carpet, car, floor, soft but not satisfied with it’s performance. It heats up very fast and their is no over heating switch, which turn off cleaner after over heating. Go for bigger vaccum cleaner of good company.

No doubt that Flipkart offered the best price in the market. Expected a very good quality product from Eureka Forbes. The quality of the plastic used in the bottom of the product is below par. It has been observed that it has become a trend among giant multinational companies to use low raw material quality to keep the price bare minimum. I personally feel like owning a genuine quality product. I don’t mind to pay a little extra. The quality of the motor and other accessories can be assessed only after use.

Overall Rating – 3 Star for the product & -1 Star for Flipkart’s worst customer service.\nThe product is quite good at this price. Works as expected.\nNow lets talk about flipkart’s service-\nOrdered the product on 12th October during BBD sale & I was given a promise delivery date of 29th october (17 days) which is really illogical. But as the product’s specification was good, so I recommended this product to my cousin & she ordered this product on 13th october (next day) from the same seller, but delivery address was mine as she stays nearby. You all will be surprised to hear the promise delivery date given to her…. you must be guessing 30th oct or 1st november ….no you all are wrong flipkart\\seller gave her a promise delivery date of 24th october (and let me tell you this promise was not fulfilled). I know this is flipkar’s all time story, sometimes they play with the MRP of the product & now they have came up with playing cheap games of playing with the promise delivery date. The promise which they never keep. PS: I am a flipkart+ (PLUS) customer & this PLUS service I get from flipkart. Sad story but TRUE… Next time before falling for their Big Billion day sale I have to think millions of time.
