Horrible Experience.\nWell…With great astonishment I’m writing this review. I purchased this UV filter with an intention of getting it fit on drinking water tap to my new flat. Post delivery and on inspection by the installation guy he has confirmed that in our drinking water connection there is a mix of bore water and this purifier won’t work. In that scenario I called up Flipkart customer care who questioned me that u seem to have not read specifications, for which I explained that I read specifications, reviews n then only ordered but I was not working in a water dept to test the quality of water for my new flat did I knew I would have directly ordered RO. They vaguely confirmed that the product can’t be exchanged inspite of repeatedly telling that I would take RO on return. But some pieceless policy they were explaining to me. What is the use of such policy or customer care when they don’t have a solution to a customer query. Its a pure loss to me. This purifier is just lying on the shelf as a show piece.

I ordered ureka forbes uv water purifier during lockdown time period. They sent the product to me at estimated delivery time period & installed in time by flipkart technician. The water from purifier is very good & taste with TDS level 174. I’m very happy & satisfied with this product. Thank u flipkart

It is very good product if TDS of your water is under control.\nI faced trouble during installation. I was waiting for 2 weeks after product delivered. Customer care response was good but they are not able to properly coordinate with installation persons.\nAnd also installation person is insisted to install additional mad filter which he charged 1200 additional. But It is better to purchase online directly.

The product is working fine. I am not an expert on water purifiers so I cannot give a detailed feedback. But the service from Eureka Forbes was great. They made sure that the installation was done properly and was constantly in touch until the product was properly installed. My Mom is quite happy with their service.

Product is very good and delivery time is awsome. but flipkart takes too much of time for its installation. To my utmost surprise Eureka Forbes is too good and instant to install my product within 27hr of my delivery. Hence you may buy this product from any site but for installation don’t ever ever rely on flipkart better to call Eureka Forbes directly and get your product installed with in no time.
