Update on October 27, after using it for few days, it started working without any issues. However, no support was provided by Amazon or Eureka for the original issue logged with them. Eureka sent a rep but he denied support as it was bought online.
Original- Machine stopped wirking in the first run after 5 minutes of use. Need amazon to replace or refund amount.

Seems to be very flimsy and likely to break very easily. There is no Demo Video with the Parcel as informed. If some of the service Engineer gives a Demo of the Equipment It will be helpful to the customer. There is no Service contact nos and also we don’t know with whom we have to Register our Guarantee card .

Very handy and powerful. The concern is there is a electric current leak on one of the buttons sometimes so it has to be used accordingly. As it’s not consistent I’ve not returned the same. Overall value for money. Doesn’t take too much space and cause it’s light weighted even elders can use it.

The plastic used in the product is very cheap. I don’t know how come a reputed company is making this type of product with the cheap plastic.
The suction power is good. But please don’t say about the blower function. The air leakage in the blower function is like the punctured tube. So it cant blow properly.
Very minimum accessories
So overall for this price. The product is not worth.

I called the service center from last 3 weeks and it is just 6 month old and i am not getting any service. Product is good but the service is not at all good..

I bought this in 2019. Woked fine till 2022. Gave some intermittent problems. Stopped working in early 2023. Technician came home, opened the machine and declared the motor dead. New one costs Rs. 2000+
Why did the motor burnout? No voltage fluctuations in our home, multiple appliances working fine for over 30 years. Poor quality is the reason.
A new vacuum cleaner costs Rs.3,000+
The motor’s life I was told is only 2 years. Technician was surprised it lasted 4 years.
I don’t recommend Eureka Forbes machine.
Aslo be advised that Onsitego which offers extended warranty does not cover motor failure/burnout.

NEED TO IMPROVE
– Only one dust bag provided and is super expensive Rs 550/-
– The buttons not easily visible ( ON off Switch or cord rewind), All black plastic and arrows not easily visible, variable power dial arrow etc
– The lid is not robust
