Very poor quality product. Received damaged. Stopped working in 2 weeks. Customer care assigned service engineer. From 4 days no service engineer is available to respond. Avoid Faber due to poor product and poor after sales service

This is my exchange product. During opening the gas stove stand holder is uneven.. is faber dealer giving damage products to the customer. This is related with gas and if any damage we are risking our lives and families.
