Writing this on 6th Feb., 11 days after installation.
The Amazon part of the experience was as usual impeccable. Prompt secure delivery by Cloudtail.
Installation was also a breeze as a similar shaped / sized product , was replaced and the ducting etc was in place.
But yesterday, ie 10 days of normal usage both the bulbs fused. The service engineer informed that the bulbs are not covered under the warranty and replacement is likely to cost Rs 500+ and may take two weeks after ordering. The new replacements, he informed, will also not have any warranty.
This is sheer mis-selling by Faber. Both bulbs fusing within 10 days demonstrates the poor build man ship of the product. The 12 years warranty on motor also comes with many fine prints. Eg twice yearly expensive service etc.
The noise is too high for comfort. The suction is average.
Overall a bad experience. Have lost confidence in Faber. Best to explore other brands.

Don’t ever go for Faber Chimney no quality, pathetic service even though the product is defect they won’t give a replacement
