Back story to purchase : our existing
chimney brokedown due to rodent issue. We spoke to Faber technician and he was very helpful as far as installation and demo goes.
The sound of the chimney is the usual buzz and by no means high (in my opinion).
Chimney is very comfortable to use. And instructor guided us very well. –
Chimney delivered within Two days of Order. Package was neatly packed to avoid any damage to the product. For installation brand contacted immediately and fixed appoitment for installation within next few minutes of delivery.
From start to finish, the installer displayed a level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service that exceeded my expectations.
First and foremost, the installer’s workmanship was impeccable. He took great care to ensure that the chimney was installed to the highest standards of safety and functionality, and I have complete confidence in its performance. In addition, he was extremely knowledgeable about the various features and benefits of the chimney, and he was able to explain everything to me in a clear and understandable way. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring that I was fully informed about the product.
Beyond his technical skills, the installer was also a pleasure to work with on a personal level. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire installation process, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with his work. Faber chimney delivery was in time installation was done promptly by Mr. Arun from service centre, Kadambazhipuram, Palakkad. Service centre team were following up regularly for the installation schedule and a quick response from them was given on confirming the fitting time.
Overall installation experience was ok, service charge of Rs 600 is also comparable with the market price. However cost of pipe Rs 1500 is too high, almost 2 times than the online price. For installation, buy exhaust pipe online at about Rs 800 plus and use only installation service. Chimney is not yet used, as interior work is ongoin, shall review the performance after use

Have been using from couple of days and it doesn’t seems to have any issue. It should have been better if it’s a little quieter. It’s louder for the money you pay.
