The product does a decent job for the given price. I’ve a used it for a day and so far so good. The fan sound is little noisy though but can live with it. The installation team did a great job. Overall I’d recommend others to buy.

The product is nice. After installation, looking sleek. Effective. I am enjoying the Hand waving function. However the installation guy from Faber was not fun. When he came, he asked me to cut the wood hole for chimney pipe and also I have to make a hole in my iron window. So I got that done from some third party and bought the pipe from market. Company asked 1200 for pipe but I got pipe for 550. Then I drill holes in wall myself and put the pipe over chimney and plugged in and voila. But the Faber installation guy was not happy over this and said installation should be done by him in order to get the product registered.
When I argued that in terms of installation all he would do is drill holes in wall and plug in, that’s no big deal. He replied this is the company policy. Regardless, I drifted him away and said good bye. Mean policy by the company with good item in terms of performance and looks.
I would recommend to buy the product but take decision wisely as to pay 1800( 600 installation and 1200 pipe) or not.
