I am regretting purchasing this product. Withing 2 months 4 technicians visited and no one resolved the issue. Finally I got the area head contact number. When I shared my issue with him, he also started ignoring my call.
Actually this Chimney doesn’t suck smoke from right side. From right side instead of sucking it blows out air. That’s why smoke is not sucked but filled in the kitchen. Video is attached with this feedback. I shared the same video to area head of faber Rakesh.
Feedback 2: finally after tolerating this product from 1 month, a technician visited my place and resolved the issue. I must say Faber your senior executives are very ignorant and careless. Even after knowing my issue Rakesh the area head never picked up my call nor call me. I called him more than 5 times. You need to change technicians as well. 3 technicians visited my place and all gave different reasons. 1st technician just use paper technique and refuse to accept the problem. 2nd technician did some changes in chimney and made a power short circuit in my kitchen. 3rd technician said need to change motor. The 4th identified the issue correctly. It was due to wrong installation done by your technician.
My experience with faber is pathetic. From technician to Senior executives all are in same dumb, ignorant and careless.
Anyway since my issue is resolved now after so much struggling, increasing it’s rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Satisfied with the product quality, installation guy is well trained. Overall great product. Will review again post installation after using it.
I would like to correct my review. After using in past 2 months. The motor which moves the glass in and out has stopped functioning. Not expected immediate breakdown of the part. As we are paying 27k for this product.

The product is good for sure but I’m little unhappy with installation process. First one guy came, gave instructions that I should get the hole done on the wall and then call him. He charged me an advance of 250. I was hoping that he would do something like AC installation and cut the hole but he didn’t get to that discussion at all. After a lot of efforts, I got the hole done on wall but then another guy came and said call a carpenter and fix the wooden board on wall. He can’t do that fixing as well. I couldn’t wait for them to keep coming and giving directions for installation. Finally, I installed it myself.

I heard name of Faber and believed on brand.
But very disappointing.
In just two days after installation without any use it’s switched on the screen become useless and not working.
A service guy can and checked. As per him there is problem in the device.
He said he will replace it. I don’t know it will be replaced by a new parts or old parts.
Why Faber issuing product in market without quality control.
I will say don’t buy online. Better to buy from retail store. At least can catch someone.
