1. Installation was very good, we are very satisfied.
2. Water taste is not changed after using this filter, which we are getting in tap water, same taste is there.

While the product performance is good, I am rating it with 3 stars because of the position of the water tap. The tap is placed in in the middle of the unit instead of the bottom (where all other manufacturers place taps). I have no idea why they have done this. I have to install this unit 3 feet above the kitchen platform. This makes it difficult for a shorter person to use the tap.
Their installation person was also unprofessional. All he had to do was lift the old water purifier and place it on the platform. He charged Rs. 500 for that.

Product is good but this just a purifier and in this range it’s expensive.

This product I bought 2 weeks ago is working fine. No water leakage. Good appearance. I don’t know whether this purifier turns water alkaline as we have well water which has an acidity of 5.5. I am yet to test it. Hopefully it does. Service technician was polite and explained everything properly.
