We purchase the product for our renovated flat. After we shifted to flat and started using the chimney and cooktop 3 to 4 days before the result are chimney motor is running but suctions is not working. Its not absorbing any smoke and getting all smoke/oil seating nearby furniture and on top of chimney parts. The engineer visited today and said it cannot be replace and warranty is on motor so as motor is running they cannot do anything so left with no resolution.
Even after paying much more amount the product experience we are having is worst.

Got a callback from local installation provider thay told how using cello-tape is better than aluminium tape on duct pipe. Said sorry and asked me to improve the rating and change the review. I aggred, if they take any action on it. I got a offer, they will change ₹200 for visit and they will fix the issue (excluding material cost). It is more than a week no action is informed to me.
I try to put genuine and unbiased review.
If you want to buy this chimney go for Faber auto clean option you will get more value of money. Installation might get imporoved as I experienced Faber tracking every comment and it is totally based on location.
