I have purchased twice the same product. We have an issue like, it is not closing correctly like a 1/2 inch gap is there. I have returned it.
Again, I bought the same product after 3 months. Same issue with that as well.
I have placed a return of 2nd product, but anyway, we want one chimney, so we have left it as is.

Installation is bit costly compare to Elica. Only for installation you have to pay nearly 2k which is not good

Although they charge an additional 600 ₹ for installation and further extra amount for the pipes

It’s a great looking chimney. Suction power could be better and noise level lower.
