The Noise of chimney is VERY HIGH, audible and disturbing even to the person in a room 20 feet away, on the next floor.
Service Center people are worst! No support, just manipulative behaviors.
I first had some issues, which I posted in the review. The Service Center asked me to REMOVE the REVIEW on the assurance of getting the problem resolved… I removed my posted review, but the problems never got resolved… here’s details:
1. My Carpenter who made the entire kitchen, installed this chimney, but Service Center DENIED to activate the warranty. I then paid the Service Center additional Installation Charges, just so that he activates the product warranty, he charged me 600 for installation (which he didn’t do) but he NEVER ACTIVATED THE WARRANTY.
2. In my case, strangely, the product was shown undeliverable in my city. So, I had to get it delivered a friend’s address in a very nearby town. But this caused a Accountability conflict between the Two Service Center… and the conflict never got resolved even after several calls to customer support number.
3. Since my carpenters misplaced some chimney accessories (mounting plate and oil collector), I wanted to buy new ones as spare from the service center. These guys took more than a month and a daily follow up from my side to get the spare parts! This was again a harrassment! They tell that they will rever in 5 minutes, but they never will !!
3. At the end, when the product got installed, I found it the chimney NOISE IS VERY HIGH, as mentioned above. To this, the company people want me to get it reinstalled in a different way, but no assurance of noise reduction. If I ask for a demo of company recommended installation, there’s no support from Service Center!! All they are interested in is selling their Aluminum Duct Pipe and Installation service charges.
I bought FABER thinking it of a premium, high quality brand with good staff support, but this is NOT THE CASE AT ALL.
I am a DISAPPOINTED, UNSATISFIED and HARRASSED CUSTOMER of FABER.

The chimney looks great, is ideal for a 90 cm stove (3 or 4 burner) and is quite responsive. I bought the 1500 m³/hr type and have a long duct to the exit. But the suction power is sufficient for good uptake of fumes. Good purchase and the installation was also pretty hassle-free. Its been more than 6 months but the experience remains intact.

Product has just been installed so we don’t really know about the quality but the service engineer Satpal Singh who came for susequent repair was excellent and very helpful.Though the product was faulty both the installation engineer Santosh and Satpal Singh subsequently guided properly and attended to the problem.
