The product does not work at all. I returned three times and received fresh product but they were not working. Finally I have to return for refund which was managed by Amazon.

the top lid got broken within a month, I contacted the service
every time someone from Faber Chimney will call back and say we are from a different product service the Cold Juicer team will call back shortly

This is a very underrated juicer and after using it for months I am writing this review. Cleaning process is easy as all the components are very sturdy and easy to detach and attach.
Plastic quality is also good. A life changing product and a must have.
