Is a lovely product at affordable price which has all the features a water purifier must have, specially for metro city. Got a technical issue after 2 days where light blink due to low water pressure however Faber team immediately resolved the issue. The technician was humble and decent. Has been using for 2 weeks and it is working perfect fine now. Thanks Faber. Lets see what the results would be… Can go for it without any 2nd thought if someone wishes to buy it at a reasonable rate.

***Service issue***\nI purchased this item in Dec 2019 & after 4 months of usage I am providing this review. The product is good, however within 3 and half months of use the adaptor of the purifier got burnt. When the technician visited he advised me that the replacement part will come within 4 days but he cannot guarantee it since I will have to speak to the concerned people in Faber. When I spoke to the district manager Mr. Chandan requesting him to provide the replacement part earlier since I have a baby at home, he said he will get it done in 4 days, perhaps he stopped answering my calls and made and made a lady from the service department speak with me assuring that part is been requested from the company. This continued for more than 1 and half week and finally talking to the customer care I got the number of the regional manager Mr.Edward since Chandan was not at all helpful as he did not call and followed up with me. Hence after escalating the issue to the regional manager, things started moving and finally 12 days after the complaint was raised the replacement part was sent and the technician resolved the issue. I think Chandan is not at all professional or humane even after repeated requesting, as there is a baby at home , as water is the basic necessity. So if you are OK with long delays when the product get spoilt then you can buy the product.

Received on mentioned date from Flipkart, arrange Installation visit which is also done within two days. Installation done by Om Kitchen Ikon, Pune. Install properly and answered all query. Thanks You Om Kitchen Ikon.\n\nAfter first two flush of full tank i had tasted water. Good taste like bisalry water. Hope same will work in future.

Product wise it is good but the installation technician from Faber is not so experienced, came without relavant tools and finally top of all, charged 200 rs for transportation charge!!! Even though it is mentioned as free by Flipkart…must needed action by flipkart…Thanks!

good product with finest installation facility within 24 hours after receiving , after buying this product you’ll have to register installation request to the faber customer care so that was only additional work for me.\n\nThe service guy was very kind and helped after installation, even my wife requested him to make holes in another wall to fixes the paintings 🤣\n\nThanks to save my weekend Ehtisham Ansari 😇

Frist purchase from Faber company. Today installation done from faber service engineer. Charges Rs-: 200 for convenience which is not mentioned in order. Littlebit noise comming when runing motor. 9ltr refill time approx 1hr water test good not like other ro water test due to added UF and minarels. Over all very good water purifier.
