it is hard to believe that a FABER product could be sold in India, which has limited durability. FABER !
Main Issues, the Bronze burner have turned black in 4 months, and the racks which sit on these burners have gone grey and white. they were black .The black coating has worn off in 4 months, The Faber service guys were surprised that I even made a complain about if. They insist that the black coating will not last. THATS IT ?
I had gas stoves before ( Indian made ) and this was never a problem. Recently I saw another indian made , local brand which as been used for 3 years still retaining it black coating on the racks.
Does FABER treat Indian market with such little respect that it can palm off shabby products ?

The product came with 2 regular size burner, one small burner and a jumbo burner. Jumbo burner is very useful for fast cooking.
The stove looks good and easy to clean. Comes with double drip plates and 180 degree rotating gas inlet.
The burners change color when hot (golden to copper), so a good warning sign.
Not sure about durability, as I recently bought. All in all, I was impressed.

Product quality is good. Knows are easy to handle, smooth functioning.
The product might come with few loose nut and volts, you might have to fix it by your own. Otherwise no compains

Basically a good product but there is a major problem with the Burners. The burners which are supposed to be of brass tend to get damaged every few months. The cost of replacing them is almost half the cost of the cooktop itself. The second time this happened, we decided to buy a new cooktop instead, as the cost of replacing the burners was exceeding the cost of the product after a year of using it.

The media could not be loaded.
Absolutely poor quality powder coated pan supports. Powder coating started peeling off on the day gas stove got installed. By next day after using gas stove a few times lot of the coating was gone and vessels getting blackened. Logged complaint with Faber support for replacement but they refused citing usage issue. What a JOKE!! Which product wears off on same day of installation. Why sell such cheap quality product as an international brand. I had Elica gas stove for 10 years and those pan supports also wore after few years not on day of installation!! Big Alert to everyone considering any Faber products – DO NOT BUY FABER. Low quality products, misleading advt and product details, no customer service and rude service people. Once product is sold, nobody responds. Amazon needs to stop selling FABER products or push rejected products of Faber through their website with discounts. Ultimately both companies are just conning customers in name of brand.
