i buy from amazon received well packed , i opened my self and installed, look good elegant view
best part is battery operated so no need extra cabling for ignition, one draw back when i start any burner all three igniters give spark i don’t know its problem or design is like that,
flame is good one big and two small , dont try to clean glass with any scroch or hard cloth other wise you will get scratches also dont try to clean in hot condition.
pricing is ok, looks excellent, brass burners and ring flames gives appropriate heat for indian home cooking
must buy product
after purchase contact to faber costumer care for sure, because you need to show the technician every this is all right flame & ignition is in good condition also warranty registration needed.

Like the HOB very much, no any problem found after using, all the 3 burner’s igniters are ok. Nice flames.

working fine, flame is too low in the small burners, big burner is good. Perfect in design and aesthetics. Battery holder is loose somehow, have to fix it with some jugaad.

I had Hafele naGold series earlier with electric lighter / leak-proof; Unfortunately quite a bad product – stopped igniting; burners would switch off (after few seconds, minutes) after around a year of usage
After that I wanted something simple.. just auto-ignite..
This one so far exceeds expectation; One drawback – the auto-ignition works on a plain D battery (not electric; not both with battery as backup); I also did not choose leak detection as somehow I suspected that being faulty in the last one. So far this has been bang on in terms of a plain simple gas stove..
Small issue: The burners have 3 settings but hardly very different on last 2 settings.. Also, I would have found it useful if the smallest burner was even smaller (1w as against 1.7w).. however it is as described in product specifications and still very useful..

This item looks nice. This is a replacement for my old Prestige hob. The flame is only medium means it takes 40% more time to cook something compared to my older stove. I do not recommend this one for working people because you have to spend more time to cook your food.

Cast iron frame gives a firm grip for wobbly cooking vessels , it’s worth the price. However care needs to be taken, the installation service was quick , we were also told not to clean or move the stove when it’s hot else it could lead to damage, so I clean it 45 mins after cooking. It’s very easy to clean

One burner electrode not sparking. Registered a complain with Faber. Still not fixed. Pathetic after sale service by Faber. I will never opt for a Faber product in future due to poor service.
