I purchase it on 31 Dec 2021. The big burner stopped sparking. 30 days ago today (30 Nov 2022) three times all the service center did not respond. I observe the communication gap between the service center and customer care. Service persons do not service the product or change the faulty part of the product. The service person said he can only clean the product, he can not open the product clean and repair it. if he opens the product to clean it will be chargeable while my product is under the warranty. The issue is not resolved when I am writing.

My RECEIVED ITEM WAS BENT AT BOTTOM, SO IT WAS NOT SITTING PROPERLY ON KITCHEN TOP.. MAY BE DUE TO CARELESSNESS OF COURIER SERVICE, PRODUCT GOT DAMAGED… REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT..

Good and sturdy, but installation charge is not free, its 400 rupees. It should have been included, since the knob is already so expensive. Rest every thing looks good.
