I have purchased FINGERS 2B Musi-Yo Wireless Neckband Earphone with Dual Battery, Batteries, 20 hrs Playback time just before 1.5 months. Now device is not working, charge battery show but it is fully discharge. Pressing the button to ON the device for bluetooth connectivity, but no connection show. I don’t know how can claim warranty? Because Amazon is only mediator, and there is no service center in dehradun. So my experience is very worst.
