No wards to say..just excellent..\nAfter 5 months usage I am posting this review..I bought this washing machine rs14539 only with the help of super coins.\nInstallation was done as within the promise date.\nCheep and best washing machine.\nIt will give very tough Compitition to reputed brands like IFB, LG, SAMSUNG, BOSCH etc..\nPerformance and features were excellent..digital display working good it show the remaining wash to complete.\nIf any one planing to buy best 7 kg washing machine with verious features and digital dispaly just go for it..

Nice product at this price. Works well. Clothes are washed and dried properly. Low noise level and consumes very less electricity. Recommended if you want to consume less water as well as electricity.😀

Dear Buyers,\nNever ever buy galanz.even if they provide it for free of cost. Worst product and extremely worst after sell service. Though flipkart delivery is good. I bought it on 26 July 2021 and installation done on 28th July 2021. Within a week of uses its washing memory function stopped working. I rise a complaint on 18th August and writing this review on 9th September. His technical team suggest to change main PCB of the machine. But after 23 says of complain,Still I’m waiting to get service from galanz and they have only sorry instead of service.

The machine is worth of each penny. Super wash quality and easy to use. Washing programs are sufficient to cover all range of clothes.

Product is very nice at this price point , I have been using this machine for more than a week. Initial impression is excellent , liked the 18 mins quick wash option . Fast delivery by flipkart even the installation was quick within a day of delivery .

Very good product & service- Bought a Galanz 7 kg Quick Wash Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White (XQG70-F712DE) from the online platform of Flipkart. The machine was ordered on 07.11.2020 and delivered on 10.11.2020. On the same day it was installed by Jeeves. The machine is under 2 years of comprehensive warranty. On 12.11.2020 we went for holidays and returned home on 22.11.2020. After only 8-10 days some unusual sound started coming from the machine while washing clothes. On contacting flipkart they provided a contact number of Galanz customer care and suggested to lodge a complaint with Galanz India as the return period was over. On 02.11.2020 I contacted the Galanz and surprised to know that there was no authorized service center of Galanz in India. Although Flipkart is aware of this but openly selling the Galanz products without caring that what an Indian customer will do in case of malfunctioning/requirement of service of the product.\nI received a message from Jeeves on 02.11.2020 that Engineer will visit to my place on 03.11.2020 but no one turned around they keep on rescheduling the visit from 3rd Nov to 4th , 5th & 7th Nov on their own. However after continuous chasing at Galanz & Jeeves the Technician visited my place on 6th opened the machine made some videos but could not find the reason of unusual sound. He again visited on 7th Nov again opened the machine talked to his superiors and Galanz people also but problem could not be resolved. Jeeve has cancelled/ closed the ticket. I am continuously chasing with Galanz customer care to resolve the issue. I have requested them to arrange for refund keeping in view the present problem as well future problems in servicing as they have no authorized service centers in India. \nI am reviewing it. Now the issue resolved by Flipkart to the my satisfaction.
