The Garmin Venu Sq Music – I give a 3 star for the product for health tracking feature. The heart rate sensor sometimes measures from clothes too for few minutes after you remove the watch from your wrist. Dont go for the music edition unless you really need it on the watch. You will need a paid Spotify or Amazon music to make this work and wireless headset. Almost all the good tracking apps are 3rd party paid feature for fitness tracking. All this doesn’t make much difference from w/o music version. you can save up to 5k on without music. Well Gps take some time to load. And the battery lasted only for 3 days without any running or walking track. Yes I had the SPO2 tracking on though but that shouldn’t drain the battery so fast. The display was on medium lighting. The watch gives a reading on sleep tracker but not so accurate. The watch takes your arm movement as steps counted, which is not accurate. If you swing your arm and wait then you will get a step counted. There are no much watch faces to change for free but you have few good ones which are on payment.
Thats for the 15 days of usage. Will be back with more update after using the fitness & sports tracking modes review.

For the price, it is a great buy. The functions for tracking runs (which is the primary purpose) and health parameters are quite rich and very useful. Music capabilities are good and a decent battery life for a 4hr run. The only thing was getting used to the interface after having used the 245. The looks are much better.

go for Garmin and also its too accurate and also has more long lasting durability.

So far so good.
I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and found GARMIN VENU MUSIC to be an excellent fitness gadget
Of all the features, the one I liked most was it’s stress level indicator.I have observed it to be accurate, being a round the clock tense-man myself.The HR , body battery and Respiration SPO2 functions among others are all perfect.
The work outs loaded, contrary to my expectation , are just textual instructions which I personally do not go by. Would be better if voice instructions could have been incorporated for work outs….
Coming back to the tracing and measurements by VENU , you cannot expect a better fitness watch than the one made by GARMIN , one of the world’s best portable GPS makers ( A mariner by trade, I have used GARMIN devices and would vouch for their quality)
And , I forgot to tell you the most striking feature of GARMIN Venu Sq music- it has a premium look and feel that gives other smart watches in the market a run for their money!

I have given 4 star only for its GPS tracking which is very good. Other activity tracking nothing very special. Its Pulse Ox sensor is a very big disappointment, gives erratic results while taking all the measures before taking a reading. The most disappointing about this Pulse Ox seasor is that its widget vanishes from the Health Stats screen when you want to take a on demand reading.
