The standard of forged burner is very bad charges are collected for replacing the defective burner within 3years (The burners are provided 5year replacement warranty)

At the time of unboxing battery is missing and automatic ignition feature is not user friendly

After around 18months it is not working, the burner head became loose, it had 2yrs warranty but customer care not responding

Ignation button is not working and flam gets low in every 15 days. Fadup by Customer service

The product looks good and sturdy.The auto ignition was erratic on two burners.The service centre in Kochi was unhelpful initially in promising to come and not turning up.It took the intervention from central customer care for them to come.
They came and turned the sparking wick and then it seemed to be ok.Two days later it has become unable to light the same two burners with the auto ignition.Due to my previous experience ,I have not bothered to call the service centre again.
Other than this issue the stove is functioning as promised

Since we purchase this burner with auto ignition option, it has 3 stoves options and 1 stove is not auto ignite, given a complaint to manufacturers.

One of the BIG BURNER has issues with Auto lighter…need to us the external lighter to light it!!!
Need to resolve at the earliest!!!
Otherwise a good product…👍
