Black residue is forming at the bottom of the vessals all my vessals and table top has got spoilet big burner and switches are not working lost trust with this . I dont suggest

We have the in -built Glenn stove . There is gas build up that happens which in between leaves this scary gas burst sounds . When the service team has been called , instead of fixing , they keep confirming the stove is okay. We have had 4 incidents where there have been burst sound . Horrible horrible brand . Very unsafe

Glen have produced a really great hob-top, the best part of this product is that it can be used both as a built-in hob and as a hob-top where in you don’t have to cut the granite!
It is giving me a good performance, the flame is really powerful and cooks food in lesser time when compared to normal cook tops in the market.
However, the glass top of the hob is not very easy to clean and is a stain magnet, the user would have to use collin glass cleaner every now and then to keep it shining, with that being said, i have to admit that the glass material is very powerful and tough, it wont break easily but still i would recommend to use it very carefully because in the end of the day it is a glass-top! And please while using it, do not drag any utensil on it, as it might cause scratches on its surface, just do not put any utensil on its glass space as anyone might end up dragging the object on the glass-top and you might get those forever scratches on that beautiful black glass.
To conclude, it requires extra care and effort to maintain it than the usual gas stoves.
Overall, it has been an awesome purchase for me, thanks Glen.

After sales services is the worst experience. If you are bold enough to throw it in scrap, once it gets out of order, then only buy glen products.

My earlier gas stove is from Glen. I used it for 12 years. I have trust on this company. It’s been week. Effectively working. I am not getting any black residue for my steel vessels as told in earlier review. Automatic ignition work with battery. I am using it as a cook top.
