Very bad experience with Glen. Neither product is working nor complain is being registered. No reponse from customer care. Please di not purchase Glen product.

Extremely third grade product. Within 1 week, 1 of the 4 burners has stopped working and knobs have become stiff. Build quality is abysmal and design of gas pipes doesn’t invite confidence. The gas pipes have very sharp bends and it doesn’t look like they will last. Customer service is worse as they promise to send their service person but no one comes. I have complained multiple times but to no avail.
