Installation Demo

For requesting an installation/demo, please contact GLEN customer support on 9266655555, cr@glenindia.com once the product is delivered. The product price is not inclusive of the installation service. It will cost INR 500 (standard) and INR 2000 (island).It includes fitting the product & demo. It does not include core cutting or civil work, Additional charges (if any) are to be paid directly to the service engineer. Any alterations at site for installation may be chargeable, Ducting pipe-Can range anywhere between INR 700 & 1000,depending on the length of the aluminium pipe (up to 2.74 m or 9 ft), Services not included in standard installation-Masonry, wood work, glass cutting & granite cutting. GST will be extra also any additional accessories/travel expenses outside the municipal limit will be charged extra as applicable In case of site visit, 50% of the installation charges will be applicable, that can be adjusted in the installation charges, at the time of final installation.

    Product is satisfactory but service is worst. After 15days of purchase no body contacted for installation and demo. Finally I pay and install the product on my cost. I never recommend Glen product from flipcart. Worst experience.

    Good chimney. Nicely packed. Very easy to use..okay for a 4 burner stove with light to medium daily cooking. Will recommend 👍🏻\nThere was no pipe in the box however to redirect the smoke from the chimney to the air vent. I have to buy that separately.

    I have received GLEN chimney and installed. But i have received only chimney, no aluminum duct pipe’s provided inside the package. Really it make in happy. I have spend around 3400 for aluminium duct pipe and others fitting, installation charges i pay 400 Rupee’s extra.it is new house, so performance not yet checked in live.testing with paper and clothes, it is look like good

    The suction area appears to be small and not good enough for 4 burners stove. \nMost of the times the flame directly hits the led light which could easily reduce the life of the led as well as the censor.
