I ordered the chimney and it was delivered to me within 2 days from Glen via Amazon.
Installation was neat and clean. We used 6″ Aluminium exhauste pipe for best results.
Suction power is very good.
3 speeds available for suction.
Filters are easy to remove and clean.
Led light is there which is bright and in other words perfect lightning.
Warranty registration is easy.
Pyramid shape and exhaust pipe cover is made in such a way that you will not be needing to make a cabinet for it, but it’s totally personal preference. To us it looks amazing without cabinet in our modular kitchen.
Suction capacity 1000 m3/hr is absolutely right. Our kitchen is 12ftx8ft and this chimney takes all the heat out.
About noise it’s not loud, it’s easy to work with. Speed 1 is very comfortable, Speed 2 is comfortable, Speed 3 is actually when you are frying I think is reasonably adjusting. we don’t really mind it as any motor would make it, but what that motor is achiving is what matters.
Keep it clean. Product will give you best results.

The product is good for its price and does the job. Dust that accumulates on top needs to ve cleaned carefully as it might spoil the food below.
Suction power is decent and noise a bit on higher side. Light also does its job well.

good quality good price. but dont opt for company installation or look for life time warranty. because they are talking about life time of product that is 7 years. its not about our life time. also, to get ilfe time warranty we have to get it checked every 2 months, which over the term of 7 years cost more money that the product itself. so buy, install with local technician. do routine maintenance and if its working, buy a new product. its been a year now.. working good.

Not satisfied with the installation procedure as no basic plug provided and left open with naked wire. This is a big flause from Glen, not expected from a company like Glen
