A very handy appliance for the kitchen. Makes chopping very convenient and fast (as expected).
Pros:
1. The pair of blades provided are enough to chop any vegetables as per your choice.
2. Very easy to clean
3. Doesn’t make a lot of noise
4. Compact and sturdy
Cons:
Whisking eggs isn’t as smooth as I thought it would be, but not really a big deal.
Delivery on right time –
One component and lack of proper service response dragging down the rating, otherwise would have given 5 star
One component is blade spindle assembly
First piece had a misalignment blade assembly with a significant tilt
Second piece on replacement was better aligned, but the bottom piece of blade spindle wasn’t fixed and it would come out
Service team was responsive to the issue, but did not fixed it and came up with lame excuses like -plastic part not under warranty, while there was no exclusion of plastic from warranty and wanted to charge price.

The produt performance is good. The confusion is, in TECHNICAL DATA, Bowl Cover is mentioned which is not received. However in picture shown in USERS GUIDE, the same is not shown. They could avoid this cofusion if this item is deleted in TECHNICAL DATA. However the producut is good.
Delivery on right time –
Good product , Does all the chopping works quickly, Only downside is if you need to chop very small amounts , May be a small onion you have to make couple of runs and keep the food spatulated near to the blades.
Coming on the not so good part is the blade assembly the twin blade assembly is hosted in a hard plastic attachment but the blades dosent seems to be sharp enough , Could have been better for a longer blade replacement cycle,
Overall the product is working fine with daily usage and it does what its meant for, It comes with a whisker attachment as well good for beating eggs or extracting butter.

I recieved my glen chopper yesterday…I unpacked it today…and to tell you all…I did searching and screening reviews of different companies almost for 10 days. There were so many negative reviews for the glen chopper…such as…the bowl was broken…or it didn’t switch on…or…the vegetables on the top are larger and mushy on lower side…which confused me so much…But dear readers…my piece was so neatly packed and brand new…it worked perfectly for me…I just started with two onions for my poha…and with just three pushes of the button I got uniformly chopped onion…It will work for the other veggies too. So guys…dont go on the negative reviews..they are only misguiding and wasting our time…The glen is intended to save your time. You can see my attached video an images. And yes…the machine plus two bowls and blade I received are very sturdy…if at all there is some problem I trust that amazon will replace within the prescribed time..as it always has….I have never faced any issues with the service…they are always helpful in replacing and refunding. Okay…this is not a fake review…pls go for it and dont waste your time searching other items…

Really powerful and good; but if you are looking to grind it completely then dont buy. Reduced 1 star as the sound is very high …almost equivalent to a mixer grinder but the power is just 200w
