After more than 4 and a half year of usage I can sya this was one of my bad decision to buy this. Keeps on tripping, cleaning is a major task, plastic jars are not great and crack . Not happy.my earlier food processor lasted for more than 9 years without once giving any trouble.

The food processor has no indicator light to show whether power is ON or not functioning. I tried to use but none of the jars could be made functional. This is most important to get the idea of proper plugging in the machine.

It’s pathetic to know that Amazon is allowing such defective products for der customers. Highly disappointed with the product…it is not working and all the highlighted points are for sake of advertisement nd not for customers satisfaction.. don’t fall for the fancy words described by the Glen on description.

Pathetic after sale services. Even under warranty, the firm does not respond.

Had purchased inalsa product of around the same price however I returned it as it was having quality issues like dough vessel was very fragile to use and it was not at all easy to use too. then I thought of going to Glen as I had 4051 model since almost 7 years. Now I am really happy with my decision as this Glen product is as good as I expected and experienced.
So overall I think I would recommend anyone who is looking for a a food processor within this range.
