Super noisy, after using it for a month. The ON button not working properly, have to push it very hard many times to work it. My thumb hurts.

I have bought this product in Jul 2021 and it comes with 2 years of warranty.
My product stopped working after 4 months of use and on calling customer service, my call was registered and was given the address of the Service Center which was 30 km away from Thane.
On reaching there, I came to know that it’s not a service center but a collection center as they don’t have any technician and was told to collect it after 3 days. Also, initially they did not accept my request as they said that my area does not fall under them and I have to go somewhere else which was 10 km from that place. They also said that if I want technician to visit home then I have to pay Rs. 250/- even when my product is under warranty.
I have now got the product repaired from local technician and will avoid buying any Glen product going forward.
Also, going forward will check the post sales service of any product before buying and I am definitely not going to buy any Glen product in future even if the product comes with maximum years of warranty as the product will stop working in few months and more importantly they do not have good post sales service. Thanks
