Its been little over three months using this product and we are happy with the performance. We used the regular microwave mode as well as convection mode for various items. The process was easy, while the result was good.
Further, we also tried the recipes given in the booklet. Personally we feel for some of the trivial things like rice and dal the pre-programmed time is more than the gas-cooking time which makes us question the use of microwave which is supposed to be efficient and hassle free cooking.
So according to us the only drawback is that if one sticks to pre-programmed recipes he/she might end up spending more time than required for gas-cooking. However, if you know how to use the microwave then it will complement your gas-cooking making the process more efficient.
Coming on to various aspects of product:
1) Design & look: Good
2) Built: Safe (please follow the instructions in the booklet for safe usage)
3) Performance: Satisfactory
4) Usability: Good
As mentioned earlier we have used this product little over three months now. So will come back to review on the long term usage and warranty later.

All in one.. Convection, grill and microwave.. I am giving 4 star because (1) every time I open or close the door that makes a big noise. (2) every time I start it makes a blasting sound after 3-4 minutes which horrifies me.. everytime only once, thereafter no sound. (3) the baking tray is very small and no glass bowl supplied with the oven

Got a faulty product delivered, have been trying to get warranty support to fix it from day one for almost 6 months now.

This microwave was a gift from hubby on my birthday. The description clearly said no accessories will be provided but I got it with the accessories. The demo was also provided the very next day. Great purchase in an amazing price. Vocal for local. I would recommend it to everyone. It’s perfect for a neuclear family use. Just go for it.
