After the usage of 18 months the both burners are not sitting properly and getting sounds from the stove.
Tried to contact customer service but no reply or response from them.
I am humbly requesting, don’t buy this product

We bought this just before 6months ago , only the middle burner is working others are not working
One burner produces black marks in the vessels other one automatically gets off and the gas leaks

I purchased it via Flipkart. Product is not good auto ignition is not working. High flame problem, like exploding.customer support is not from last 2 months.

I can’t use one of the burner since new, it burst with a load sound suddenly. All the ignition rod got broken when deliver. The pan support does not fit at all, it sit on the glass surface, whooof, worse purchase I ever. Made, don’t buy it. Cheap Chinese product

Worst product…… No one came for installation and when i install it by own. Flames coming too high its too scary . i threw it aside and using my old one. Dont waste money on it . hope company will send someone for installation . till that its a waste for me .
