This 3 burner stovetop is stylish and easy to use. The largest burner is on the left followed by a small burner in the middle and a medium burner on the right. The burners are positioned well with adequate gap. It’s slim construction makes it easy for short people to cook without strain.
It is easy to clean as the upper surface is made out of toughened glass. A single ignition button is used to strike up the 3 burners.
However a single ignition switch means one has to use both hands, one to press the ignition button and the other to turn the knob of the burner one wishes to use. It is also wasteful as sparks simultaneously fly on all the burners. It would have been better if each burner had its own ignition switch integrated into the knob as is available from most high end burners.
It would also have been a great help if an automatic cutoff mechanism were incorporated into each burner so that in the accidental event of the flame going out (due to a strong breeze), the gas flow automatically cut-off this preventing a major accident.
Lack of these two features is why I have rated this burner with 4 stars.

Product is good and I would have given 5stars as well but Prestige customer service is pathetic. I have been calling them from 10 days to resolve one issue but there is no positive response. Being an old market player Prestige should value their customers and resolve issues asap but its really sad that they can’t. Do not buy this product if you have PNG connection as prestige will not be sending anyone to fix a connector for PNG. You have to get it done of your own.

The product looks good,burners and glass top is also nice.But the auto ignition feature is enabled by putting an extra button.That one button is used to ignite the flame in all the burner which keeps making a “tik -tik” sound in all the burners at the same time.This issue was not mentioned anywhere in the description.The knobs for individual burners should be having the auto ignition feature rather than putting in one button.Sorry to say but when the button is pressed to light the burner and the lighter starts sparking in all the burners, it looks like some Chinese product local functionality.

Pan stand is not good, vessel is shaking. With one day use the paint of the Pan Stand is burnt & peeling off. When the service center was contacted, they they will not resolve the issue as the product was bought online.

I used it only 5days….
#The build quality is good but finishing is not up to the mark.
#The heat output from the burner seems accurate as per given BTU. No yellow flame or anything.
# Buttons are very smooth and perfect to operate.
#The glass is solid. Hopefully it lasts as mentioned (Lifetime warranty)
# Once you get used to it the Auto ignitions works flawless. Liked it so much.
#There are 3 burners to suit different requirements. 1. Jumbo, 2. Medium,3. Small. So we should use proper burner as we need.
#After I got it converted LPG to PNG by Prestige technician of the chargeable basis (Rs 446).
#We hope prestige mainten their quality.
#Deep trays are fixed so it’s very difficult to clean.
Mou –
The leftmost burner had issues from the very beginning of buying the product. We contacted the prestige call center and they sent over a mechanic to repair but he did not have the spare part to replace. Now it has been 4 months since filing the complaint and multiple follow ups with the call centre but we haven’t been able to get it repaired. We have been stuck with 2 out of 3 burners since purchasing it. I did not expect this from a manufacturer like Prestige
