I have a Nagold three burner hob that is barely seven years old . Always maintained and serviced by authorised Hafele service. Recently it’s autoignition started having troubles for which the local service centre told me Hafele does not provide the relvent spares anymore. Why should anyone buy expensive products from Hafele when it does not provide spares back up for its products? Our 20 year old Glenn kitchenette is still working and serviced by Glenn. Would never recommended Hafele to anyone from now on.

I had bought a Hafele Nagold Auto ignition 3 burner hob three years back. Now two of it’s large burner and its supporting rings have developed a gap and gas started burning through these gaps emiting large yellow flames which make the vessels blackish all around. Now the company wants me to spend Rs. 4000/- for replacing these burners! This is a day light robbery as we are forced to spent large amount for a burner set that should cost maximum 200/- rupees each. I can buy a new gas stow for less than rupees 4000/- which usually lasts for 10-15 years or more without any problem. PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS COMPANY’S PRODUCT AND GET CHEATED.

The colour of the burner is faded . Does it come under warranty . Can it be replaced. Please inform .
