I got the blender on 16/dec/2021.it stops working after 10 days.its February now.till date no one from hafele came to see it.if you have any questions please ask.

Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 stars after facing issues and using the blender for 9 months.
I had two instances of complaint:
1. The Vacuum stopped working.
Issued a complaint, the service people show after a week and took the machine for repair. Found that vacuum pipe came loose. Returned the machine after 3 days. Total downtime: 10days
2nd complaint: Vacuum again stopped working
Took 1 week for the customer service to address the complaint. Took the machine for repairing. Stated that the Jar is not working properly. Been 3 weeks and haven’t returned the product.
You can spend 20-30K on this machine and in less than 9months, it has a downtime of more than a month.
This is not German Quality and neither they have german process servicing… please be ware in purchasing this blender.
Update: The customer service support was not at all helpful, they kept my blender for 3-4 weeks, and in the end did some jugaad and returned the product. The Product and Haefele brand are not at all reliable, their customer service is not good, the downtime is a lot and there is no permanent resolution.
Avoid this product and this company at all costs. This is a Pseudo-German named company that are relying on german names to indicate quality and processes.
The Hafele Vacuum Blender was a risky buy as there is not much information available online, neither video demos as such.
I read about other vacuum blenders and decided that with it’s power ratings, it would be a better buy than the Kitchen Aid Blender.
What you get with the blender
1. The Base
2. The Jar + Lid
3. A Tamper
4. A Manual
5. No Recipe Book (the manual says to refer to the recipe book, but there was no recipe book with the blender)
The blender has pre recorded functions, and the pulse function is missing. One can adjust the speed using the dial when the blender is running. But not without.
Use the Vacuum function when you can. Removes air from the blender, so food is blended without much oxygen, hence it remains fresh for a long time.
The blender can also tell you the temp. Of the contents.
Use the clean function to clean the blender.
We have used the blender for smoothies and for milkshakes. It pulverises almost anything to give you a smooth drink. It is a great buy. Not sure about service support, as I have not needed it till now.

The blade assembly got damaged. I have been requesting them to provide them the blade assembly which is listed as an accessory on their website. The jar is with them for weeks. Now they are insisting on buying a new jar with whooping cost of 8000/- . Don’t ever buy from them. They don’t have any after sale service or spare parts
