Our previous AC was also same model and literally there is no useful change even after 8years.. The new stepwise swing seems to be senseless and the swing range is also not good. The company folk called me threatened me that they will be providing warrenty just because we did not opt their techs. This is really kind of exploitation of the customers by the company.

Reviewing after using it for 10 days…. No issues and good cooling… It cools down whole room within 1 minute….. Out side unit is lil bit noisy ….. One thing i dont like that the remote doesn’t have LED… Means i cant see anything in remote screen if i am operating it in the dark room and left and right swing not working in this AC…

I am writing to share my frustrating experience with a recent purchase I made from the Haier company. I bought this AC unit from them on April 19th, but it has been almost 10 days and the installation process has still not happened.
I have been in touch with Haier customer service through various channels, including Twitter, but despite several follow-ups, there has been no resolution to my issue. They have repeatedly told me to wait 48 hours for a resolution, but the wait never ends.
The lack of response and help from Haier customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I have now decided to return the product.
I strongly advise Amazon customers to reconsider purchasing an AC unit from Haier. Their poor customer service and inability to provide timely installation make this product not worth the hassle.
I hope Amazon takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary changes to ensure that their customers have a better experience in the future.

The product is good, but the company servicing is really of poor quality. Save yourself some hassle and go for some private installation company. Genuinely saying this as I had really bad experience with the installation men.
