Product brochure is not so interactive. Not explained any special recipes like cake and non veg tandoors even though this product is of microwave,convection and grill. I even could not able to make cake with this Top layer burnt but inner layer complete raw, Tried by keeping the cake tray on glass turn table instead of grill stand but same result, Can anybody elaborate the procedure pls

Easy to use and works well

Microwave cooking options are overall good.
But Microwave powerful. Takes much time to heat as compared to other microwaves.
Over all good product in this price.

Faulty oven was delivered. The executive of Haier checked and said the board inside which supplies power was defective. Thus the food was not getting heated. The solution was ordering a replacement component or exchange entire oven for new one.
Wasted so much electricity for over 30 minutes just seeing the tray inside rotate for no use.
Also, there were scratches on the panel which we could have ignored.
But the faulty hardware and unavailability of replacement product compelled us to opt for Return+Refund – which was easy as it was Amazon Fulfilled order.
So, was a used unit given to us by the seller? Next time I’ll prefer Amazon’s subsidiary company seller like Cloudtail. More reliable.

I have started loving this microwave oven from Haier..it’s gorgeous yet with many advanced features at reasonable price..Thanks to Amazon & Cloudtail India for their timely & secure delivery of the product to my doorstep.. though my family has to try yet all the features of the oven, but it’s really a worthy purchase.. I always bought everything from Samsung, but my try with Haier this time wasn’t a wrong decision..go for it without a second thought..
