Received this Haier HCC125G Freezer of 103 litres through Amazon on the 1st of June, 2021. It was put on as advised by the Haier service man who was informed of it’s coming. He came the next day and checked it and said it was fine. However, I have noticed now that there is a bad dent (see photos) towards the bottom which was masked by the packing material on the floor that was retained. And also, there is ice formation over the rim where the door shuts, which shouldn’t be there. In my opinion, it would have been a good purchase, had the product not been delivered in a damaged condition.
Request Amazon (having purchased many goods from them in good trust) to consider replacing this piece and notifying it’s transport people and the Haier company of the experience.

I purchased this freezer immediately after the coronavirus in order to store food and food product for a longer time. This freezer does just that – It is efficient, quiet and does a good job of freezing the food. It is really spacious and so I am able to store a lot more in it than on vertical shelves. It has many levels (temperature options) so it can be utilized as a fridge, freezer and a chiller. Very versatile product.

The performance of this freezer is excellent. Very powerful. It’s freezes meat and other foods within 4-5 hrs from first start. Cleaning is very easy as it provides internal drainage with rubber cap. Very easy to use, no buttons are there except a temperature knob and a power on indicator light. This particular model is also convertible, i.e. we can use it as a normal refrigerator.

Saw all the reviews before buying! Product came in best condition, unlike other reviews mentioned, the product was scratch less & well packed. Been 20 days, product’s working fine!
