Overall product is good ..but I got broken and dented from one side..initially inside light was visible ,after one day of use light is not visible in microwave mode….I don’t know whether light is there inside or hot flame of heating coil that emits the light…

It is the classy product for this price range, I got it for 12 k from Amazon cloud tail, I’m giving one star less because I do not like the finishing of the product, for an ei. Door and body has a big gap which doesn’t give you a good look of the product… This it been a week of my purchase and I made two tandoori full chicken in it, it came awasome. Rotisserie is working quite good…

Sad to say, the product got burned off exactly after 01 yr 01 month. I bought it in May 2020 and yesterday 08 Jun 2021, the entire oven ended up in flames and thick smoke. The service line also not responding well. I advise caution to all prospective buyers of this brand.
