Mops ok, leaves faint circle marks though. One sweeper brush got bent, not sure how. Still trying to figure out total capabilit, no support given.

This product does not come with mapping feature and cause of that the device to just spin around in the same place cleaning the same place again and again which becomes totally pointless to use , it didn’t even try cleaning my room once . Instead look foor a device with lidar and mapping features. But it has really good suction power and mopping is also amazing . Just that one and the most important feature

Pros:Good suction power with adequate battery backup. It clean’s the floor very well.
Cons:When I requested for a demo, The techinician arrived and commented that he never seen this new product earlier and he is not trained.I hope, for the future support Haier will arrange the techinical training for them to support the customers to fix their issues.
