The product is good but the delivery service is very poor the delivery boy refuses to deliver as it was a big product and I had to go and bring my product myself. Also the tone of curiour manager is very bad he is behaving like he is making a charity for me. Very disappointing.

Installation is additional cost to customer. Flipkart’s answer is customer just need to contact nearby service provider & they will takecare.. the fact is we need to pay the installation charges. Flipkart you need to be clear!!

Product is very good. Delivery speed at its best. No complaints on the product. Flipkart says free installation but the technician charged us 300 for no reason. Didn’t put new pipes and retained old pipes. Very unhappy with the technician and his service. Delayed service and on top of it worst experience with him.

The product seems good but the Engineer they sent to set up the geyser was a beginner. He probably knew nothing and was eager to leave the place as soon as possible. 2/5 rating for the set-up man. 4/5 for the product.
