Very easy to install. No plumber or service personnel required. Do check the TDS level before you purchase. I monitored it for a week. So I replaced my old RO unit with this one. Instructions are clear, simple and the equipment provided is of good quality including the wall mounting bracket. Highly recommended if you are getting municipal water. I get Tanker water but the TDS is not too high hence this is perfect. There is no storage as water gets purified and comes directly. I found the flavour much better and I believe you can self service every 6 months. I have been using since 2 weeks and no problems so far.

Very good purifier for corporation water with tds less than 200ppm, company installation was quick and technician did a very good clean install. I do opted for a extra pre filter which costed me 900rs and rest all installation was free of cost.
2months review:
Initially water had a different taste and it went away after using for a few days. Also had water dripping issue after a week, raised request through app, technician came on exact time mentioned on app, replaced the value free of cost within 15 minutes and the issue resolved.

Be alert, installation guy will charge 450 apex for connecting tube also after installation they will say that water pressure is either low or heigh hence PRV pressure reducing valve is mendetoty and they will charge 850+++ actual cost is 350 aprox + if you wants additional filer or AMC etc etc at the end this filter wil cost you 10k

We got municipal water here we there is no point of having an RO which will just waste the water for no good reason. After visiting some physical store and checking the product physically I purchased it from Amazon as it was almost ₹1500 cheaper than physical stores were offering me and I can say that I made a great choice. This is a running water purifier so it has no water storage. The reason I didn’t go with storage ones cause in the storage ones the purified water you get it mostly there for 3-4 hours after that it is mostly the same as it came. Also as this is a running water purifier I can take as much water I need, when I need it. Also, the taste of the water is great. I can easily recommend this to anyone who is looking for a UV + UF purifier with no storage. I always recommend getting the no storage option.

I ordered this a month back…prompt delivery and very quick installation. The purifier is very sleek and good looking. Water tastes a little weird and bitter initially, but is fine after a few days of usage. One must note that there’s no adjustable nozzle for water flow….water just falls in one direction which is a little inconvenient, but can be resolved by buying the silicon pipe they provide at extra cost. Special mention of the Havells Sync app…all services and complaints can be booked through the app…and service team very promptly resolves. All in all a good product…

The taste of water is odd initially.
Worst part is service from Havells. No one came for replacement of filter cartridge nor for the requisite free servicing for one year now.
Contacted Havells customer care frequently. They promise to send someone. No one turns up.
Now they say it’s out of warranty period.
Aqua guard is much better in terms of services.

The product itself is good, esthetic, and easy to use. The one i received was damaged which is a huge disappointment. The service personnel was courteous enough to change the damaged part without any extra cost. Damage : nozzles of the carbon cartridge were broken. Pics attached. Also for those wondering wether UF can change the TDS of water, it doesn’t, only RO can. Our water has TDS of 300 which is absolutely safe to drink.

Havells company provide very bad installation services and charges extra for installation services after that also they were not able to complete installation. The service provider person before coming for INSTALLATION ASKED US TO PAY 400 EXTRA IF WE DO NOT AGREE HE SAID HE WILL NOT COME. WE AGREED AS WE WERE LEFT WITH NO OTHER OPTION . THE PERSON WHO CAME DID NOT EVEN COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION VERY SHAMEFUL AND B GRADE SERVICE BY HAVELLS. WILL NEVER BUY HAVELLS PRODUCT EVER .WHEN WE CALL TO THE CALL CENTRE THEY WERE NOT EVEN HELPFUL AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE
