    I have been using this fan for couple of days, and here is my experience so far…

    Positives::~
    The fan and the remote works flawlessly
    Remote has good range and sensitivity
    Operation very silent and there is no heat generated
    The fan resumes the last state after a power cut
    No stupid blinking LEDs or gimmick. Looks simple like a regular fan.
    Good safety installation features
    Timer function.

    Negatives::~
    Remote is cheap and looks and feels cheap.
    Can not operate fan properly if you lose the remote.
    With every operation there is a beep sound. Can be annoying at times.
