Bahut hi ghatiya product hai aur Havells ki service bhi kharab hai 50 bar customer care par call karne par bhi koi help nahi milti aur na hi koi technician ata hai

With flying colors hopes, I purchased this product on 22nd Jan 2022 but there are major cons:
1. it doesn’t dispense water without electricity
2. Makes noise while filling the tank due to poor pump
3. wastes a lot of water
4. Refill the tank on every dispense (even after a glass of water)
5. Water doesn’t taste that good
Havells sells it as futuristic product but it doesn’t meet the customer’s satisfaction.

I have noticed/ experienced following things after using Havells Alkline Water Purifier:
Before buying this I was using Acquguard RO, when I compare the water wastage in these two water purifiers, one thing that strikes is too much of water wastage in Havells RO. Although water tastes similar to Aquaguard RO. Secondly, in Havells RO, water is dispensed through electricity controlled switch & in case there is electricity outage, one cannot get water. Thirdly, the cost of AMC is higher.
