The product is good. I have used it more than a month now.
Pros :
Looks elegant and the water PH level is always maintained as it re-filters the stored water every four hours. I have get it checked from external source using the PH measurement kit. The mineral level is perfect. So in short it gives you healthy and tasty drinking water
You can dispense water unlike digitouch model in case of power failure.
Cons :
As per the technician who came to install the product it requires maintenance amount 4k/year after the first year excluding service fees. For the first year all the filters will be replaced by Havells with free of cost, from second year onward if you have to pay for it. This is quite high as compared to other competitor in market.
Amazon says it has storage capacity of 7L but on the contrary it if 6L. This was informed to me by the installation agent from Havells

Umm… This is good. The taste of the water is not so sweet. But it is worth the money. And the only problem is, water wastes a lot. But in this pandemic situation it’s not at all a problem. The installation was good but they took 3 days to come. But yeah, it’s not a problem.
About the product it’s good. It looks so aesthetic in our kitchen.
So i wanna rate it 4. I’m taking one star for the taste of water.

The taste of water and TDS levels(>50) are satisfactory but the purifier itself is cheaply made and the support is simply pathetic.
It took the support guys a month to get the the installation correct as the water taste was bad. During the first service the support guy lied to us saying the electronic board got fried and forced us to take AMC.
Once your AMC is over you will have to spend 450Rs every 6 months just to get rid of the service flash and sound.
The purifier itself is made from cheap plastic and the lettering got erased within a fee weeks from a few water drops. The rotary knob became fiddly and is difficult to use with one hand. The filter indicator is a scam and never goes down from 5 bars every after 1.5 years.
Not at all worth the premium price.

Firstly, Amazon delivered it a day earlier than promised. Secondly, the installation was done in less than 24hrs which is impressive customer service :))
Yogesh N did an excellent job in installing the product at my residence in Bangalore. He covered his feet & head with disposable covers prior to entering my apartment. He even cleaned up the dust after drilling the holes in the wall.
He showed me a demo and also checked the TDS which came down to 89 now. The tank capacity is 6L and it’s accurate.
The initial warranty period is 1yr and I also went ahead with additional 2yr warranty of Rs. 8658 (after discount). I purchased the product at Rs. 18095. After analyzing a few of the top brand water purifiers in the market….this is by far the best and I’m glad I went ahead with Havells Digiplus.
Updated review after 8 days on 30 July – I checked the TDS myself and it’s 28 which is excellent :))))

Got this product from a new seller and I was little skeptical while placing the order as he was giving quite a low price. The deliver was promised in 3-4 business day and as promised the product was delivered I was the 3rd business day. The product was very well packed and it was delivered absolutely fine. Havells impressed me with installation as the engineer arrived within hours and he installed it in an absolutely perfect way. I was blown When that guy cleaned my kitchen after drilling the holes. He opened the machine and cleaned all the filters D explained beautifully about each filter and then installed it. I was asked to drain the first tank water. The water taste Lil different when compared with the normal can water but hopefully this is healthy one. After all my enquiries in the market I find that this is the best purifier by all means. Highly recommend.
After a week of usage now adding this, the water tastes very good. Now all perfect.

There is no service engineer available in vapi gujarat , untrained person are coming for service , Proper service not provided during warantee period ,, every time pressurising for annual maintenance contract before expiring warantee period , inspite of not having any service engineer , I think engineers are only concentrate to loot the custmer , I had made complain for leaking of water & flowing of waste water continuously due improper service by untrained person , the problem is due to safety valve but they are saying that filter is not working and asking to take annual maintenance contract
