Very very expensive for annual maintenance so please think before you purchase this product.

This product has a nice design of fitting in the wall corner which saves a lot of space. Installation was free of cost, with proper response from customer care. Reason for 4 stars is, they can look at reducing the AMC charges which comes to minimum 2500 per year, for filter replacement alone. Otherwise, a good one to go ahead with!

It is really a great product to buy. The design is really very good which allows us use it as a table top or fix it in the wall.
The noise also seems to be very less when compared to other RO/UV water purifiers. The customer care responded to my installation request immediately and resolved it withing one day.
One of the differences I noticed is that the tank capacity is mentioned as 8 liters in this amazon catalog but it is actually only 7 liters water
storage capacity as mentioned in the product manual.
Apart from that everything seems fine until now.
The input tds was 460 and the output was 77 in my case, which the representative told will even reduce further after some time.

Nice product. I have been using it for 9 months now. Had to replace a filter as it was leaking (free under warranty). Products is good but I keep getting calls for warranty upgrades even the service guy keeps pushing to purchase extra warranty. I will purchase it when I want it and if I need it.

As far installation is concerned, it was hassle free and professional. Just called customer care, asked for installation, got the sms and service guy called himself to schedule the installation. Person was well trained and he knew the product and installation process very well. Installation was done in 30 minutes. After this, he gave the product demo, checked the TDS of input and output water as well as pH value. Then Installation guy asked for bill and registered the product using app installed on his phone.
According to the installation guy, company will also change sediment and mineral cartridge after 6 months, free of cost during the warranty period.
It has been 2 months and product is working fine without any problem. Water taste is good and maintaining a TDS value between 25-30. Though it has mineral cartridge but it will not increase your tds too much so a person who wants to have higher output tds should look for some another product having tds controller.

Works well as it should. Clean filtered water in no time but the annual service contract is about 5000 a year and in 2 years you have to pay almost the cost of a new one on maintenance alone. I am having this for nearly 2 years now. After 18 months the motor pump failed the cost of which is about 3500. Thankfully I had renewed my AMC but disappointed that the pump should fail in less than 2 years that too after light usage.

The product is amazing but water wastage is little more for 1 glass 3 glass water is wasted plus the service person was only good till the time he found that I was not going to use pre filter provided by him and will use after market as they are cheap and are durable with extra filters so he became rude. I recommend the product but try to use after market prefilter as the service guy charge more than ₹700 and you can get it for less than ₹400 with some extra filters
