Everything is good about the unit but they have not provided free prefilter along with the unit. It’s a must for all ro filters. And also it was very difficult to contact Havells team for installation. I was already fed up with previous filter so decided to install by myself. Even though the company says prefilter not required I can’t believe them. So I installed prefilter and then main unit. \n\nPros \n1. Water tastes good\n2. It’s alkaline water\n3. Good material (not very cheap plastic)\n\nCons \n\n1. Bit costly\n2. No free prefilter\n\nOverall a good product. You can purchase but as usual water purifiers require regular maintenance. You should be ready to pay for individual parts as and when they die.

After using 15 days I am writing the review. \n\n\nOverall its good product. My tap water TDS is 675 and its brought at 95 approx. Water taste is also good.\nInstallation was also quick through Havelles team.\n\nCons: Waste a lot of water. For 5 ltr water filtration, it waste 20 ltr approx.

I purchased the product on a big billion days for Rs 11698/- and waited for installation/havells call. I didn’t receive any calls, then I contacted the customer care number of Havells. Technician from Havells Installed the water purifier & it took more than an hour as he used to clean all the filters, drilling (mount) and checking the filter for the first round for any leakages. He did it in a professional manner and Installation is free.\n1. quality of water- I didn’t notice much difference in the taste but I do recognise it filtered the iron bacteria. the water looks clear without any sediments or colour.\n2. Indicators- comes with a water filter indicator and full tank indicator.\n3. Wastage of water- almost 1: 3 ratio.\n4. The adaptor wire length is hardly 1 meter. so, your plug should be near the water source.\n5. The water storage tank is made of plastic and it is transparent. there is a chance of the growth of algae if the water tank is exposed to sunlight. make sure to install it in a place where you don’t receive any sunlight. the quality of the plastic (tank) would have been better.\n6. There is no need for extra filters to install.\n7. cleaning the water tank is easy.\nHavells technician told me about the maintenance cost and its more than Rs 6000/- per year. Think about maintenance cost before ordering the product.

Product is good, flipkart delivered it on time, but worst thing about Havells customer support, after so many calls and emails they came for installation of the product.

Demo and installation is provided by Havells therefore once product is delivered you need to call Havells customer care and schedule for installation. Havells provided really high level hygienic installation.\n\nBattery comes detached except that all other filters are inside.\nWater taste is very good .\n\nOverall classy product.
