This auro is great and works fine but there’s just one problem, the rate at which the water comes out is not that ideal, it’s kinda slow,
you can do what I did and just every day when you use it push the auro’s null to a bit back every day

We have bought this and getting frequent issues, we have paid AMC but the service executives are not coming even after multiple complaints. We have been calling them since a month now and they are not responding. Worst product and worst service
They keep telling that parts are not available.
Please don’t buy this and specially from Amazon and AMC is just waste of money.

Better to go with other brands like livepure, Havells water purifier went out of order just after one year, and the person who came to check was suggesting to take AMC for one more year @ 4400 INR. I am using other purifiers since long but they are far better than this one.

Taste of water is alkaline for sure, does not have that sweet ting in it if you are used to it may need some time to get adjusted. TDS was 59 when tested after 3 days of using it. Also, main thing is the installation, we have bought this item in Hyderabad and requested for installation just after the delivery and next day itself we got the installation. That is a big plus when compared to the other brands. Service executive are prompt and reply to all of our questions. Did not think about the AMC yet, but I already have one RO from Havells which is really worth.

All the necessary items for installation are not provided within the product you need to purchase them seperately and the parts must be get changed in span of 1 year costing pretty high better go for Kent this purifier has a lot more after sales cost than any other

The water quality after 1yr of normal use is fine .
The pH value of the water is still 7.5 ,normal water tap water is 7 ph.
In other purifiers generally the pH is decreased to less than 7 and water become acidic after passing through membrane and other filter. In this filter the alkaline carterdge works.
The water tank is approx 6 ltr.
For every liter filleted approx 600ml water is wasted.
Company free service – They only change one filter out of 7 ie sediment filter . Rest all filters like ro membrane , carbon are not covered under free service .
2nd service they claim is Of no use they just come and sell the next year discount on filters replacement .

I seriously suggest that you take an extended warranty because the charger brick just stopped working two months after the warranty period got over and it would have cost me 1200 bucks. The taste of the water is excellent and it works silently as expected. The service request mechanism is good though the Havells app requires more polishing.
But, retrospectively, I feel (and confirm my long-standing suspicion) that RO systems are white elephants. I am not really sure it is really required unless the total dissolved solutes are too high. The initial investment is high and the costs of filters are also high. Do we really need reverse osmosis?! Trust the municipal water delivery system, and vote for good politicians who will work for the upkeep of the public water distribution systems!!
